START ON THE DAY YOU’RE AT IN YOUR CYCLE
Day 1 is the first day of your bleed, you can count from there. If your cycle ends before 30 days, return to the Day 1 practice as soon as your bleed arrives. If your cycle extends beyond 30 days continue to practice your favourite practices in the luteal phase, or any deep relaxation meditation that you enjoy - the key is to be in your body everyday.
Practices in each phase category will be aligned to your energy in that phase and will follow your general hormone cycle so that you are doing inner healing work when your hormone levels are low (around your bleed) and doing manifesting, growth and expanding work when your hormone levels are rising towards ovulation. Practices can be followed in exact order or you can switch them up - if you don’t feel like a big practice you can always swap out for the daily embodiment practice - its about 4 minutes long - to keep with a daily rhythm.
Within our community we will all be practicing on different days, we’re all doing our own thing but we’re not alone!
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A CYCLE, START ON DAY 1
Day 1 can also represent the new moon which is considered the start of the monthly lunar cycle. If you don’t have an internal menstrual cycle you can use the lunar cycle to sync your self care practices with. This cyclical lifestyle of syncing with the moon gives you a way to organize your self care practices and goal setting practices in line with the natural rising and falling energy in nature. Just like the moon affects the tides it also effects our internal energy systems and emotions. This 30 day method will allow to to plan out your new vision, goal or project each month and then follow the daily roadmap to regulate your nervous system and remove any internal blocks you have before starting the whole cycle over again at the new moon.
