PROSPERITY LIST

This is a very simple and well researched practice for neuroplasticity yet very underrated. You will be gathering a list of daily occurrences that bring you feeling of prosperity, happiness and abundance. This is a way to prime the brain for noticing more and more of these occurrences. You brain seeks to reinforce what it believes to be true so if you give it proof that good things are coming your way it will want to reassure that belief by priming you to search for more goodness in your days.

I recommend doing this practice on a note on your phone so it’s available to take notes on the go - also it’s available as a tool for when you’re feeling discouraged and noticing all the things that are going wrong.
