The APP IS HERE!

The Well online will be transitioning to an app to make the experience even more personalized to your cycle.

The app will sink your menstrual cycle with meditation, breathwork, food and self care recommendations that align with your hormonal strengths. You will also see daily energy forecasts so you can plan your self care in alignment with the moons, astrology, and seasonal wisdom from TCM, Ayurveda and the traditional wheel of the year. Lastly, there will be series for manifesting, deep rest, grief and feminine embodiment to name a few.

We are so honoured you are here and part of this community committed to syncing with natural rhythms. We believe it’s the ultimate path to alignment and personal growth and we’re so happy to be walking alongside you.
