A luxurious reset attuned to the season
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Booking means agreeing to the retreat Waiver.
What can I expect from a day retreat?
You can expect a deep dive into restorative healing practices as well as time for socializing, so that you leave feeling fully reset. There is always a group ceremony with cleansing practices, seasonal wisdom teachings, a mind-body practice, sound bath, acupuncture and sauna.
The retreat is choose-your-own-adventure: various wellness stations, practitioners and activities to enjoy solo or with friends. There is always a locally sourced and gourmet meal as well. All food sensitivities are taken into consideration when planning the menu, which has gluten-free, meat-free, nut-free and dairy-free options. Email emily@dejawell.com with specific questions or allergy concerns.
Are retreats for women only?
Yes. Déjà Well is a cycle care brand that encourages women to live in tune with their monthly hormone cycle as well as with the seasonal cycles of nature. All experiences are designed with women's cyclical nature in mind.
Who are the facilitators?
The main facilitator is Emily Deslaurier, a yoga and meditation teacher and co-founder of Déjà Well. She leads the mind-body practice and curates a team of experienced healers for each retreat that match the season and the offerings. The main host is Cait Fraser, co-founder of Déjà Well. She will greet you at the door and make sure your experience is everything you need it to be.
What if I get sick, or I can't attend?
Due to the preparation and planning required to host a retreat like this, there are no refunds for any reason. You are free to transfer your space to another person at any time at no extra cost — just send us an email to let us know.
Is there support beyond the retreat?
You receive one month free on the Déjà app which helps with integration and continued support.
