* 7 day RADIANCE Reset *
Welcome!
It doesn’t take too long to claim your summer back as your radiant self. No matter how busy your plans are, or how lost you feel right now, you have a wealth of radiance within you at all times. Every tradition that names radiance agrees that it’s revealed once the reserve is full. And it isn’t cosmetic, it’s the visible overflow of an internal reserve (ojas, shen, prana, qi).
It’s built through consistent practice, not mood. Energetic practices treat radiance as a trainable capacity, not a personality trait some people have and others don’t. Like building strength, you just need to commit and stay consistent.
Beauty and confidence don’t start in the mirror, they start in the body - in sensuality, pleasure, groundedness, and safety in your truest self.
Here’s what you need to begin:
-
You need a dry body brush + a face brush or a gua sha tool for the daily radiant body ritual.
-
Any oil that you like will do but sesame oil is warming and coconut oil is cooling - make sure it’s something that makes you feel luxurious and radiant.
-
A tray or surface to hold your items for practice and special items that feel radiant to you. This includes a candle, a bowl with salt water OR herbs for smoke cleansing like sage, any gems or special items and your oil.
-
This is optional but adding journaling can help with further processing and manifesting after your meditations.
How this RESET works?
This works with consistent practice. It works through clearing and strengthening your energetic body with somatics, breathwork and mindset work. Your radiance comes from within so this is inner work.
You will start with a full moon ritual to set your intention and begin the reset.
The next day you will learn the body brushing, oiling, yoga sequence and breathwork that builds radiance. You’ll repeat this practice every day for the rest of the reset and then listen to the daily meditation afterwards. You can do the meditations in order or as your intuition wishes.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE:
Along with the daily practice it’s also important to watch the energy of the words you speak. All your body work and mindset work can be undone with your speech because of the principle that your mind follows your words, and your body follows your mind.
Speech to avoid:
Self-diminishing language — "I'm so exhausted," "I always mess this up," "I'm broken." Even said casually, these plant an instruction. The body tends to obey the sentence, not the mood behind it.
Absolutes and permanence framing — "never," "always," "forever." They lock a temporary state into an identity.
Complaint as identity — venting is human, but repeating the same complaint turns a passing event into a fixed narrative you keep re-confirming out loud.
Gossip and other-directed negativity — speaking ill of others is said to muddy your own field as much as theirs; it keeps your attention and energy tangled in something outside your own healing.
Future catastrophizing — "this is going to go wrong," "I'll probably fail." Speech that pre-narrates a bad outcome primes the nervous system to look for evidence of it.
Oaths and declarations made carelessly — in a lot of these lineages, spoken word during a reset is considered more potent than usual, so idle "I swear," "I'll never again," etc. carry more weight than they would on an ordinary day.
What to focus on instead:
Present-tense, embodied language — "I am clearing," "I am steady," rather than aspirational future tense, which keeps your desired state (radiance) always one step away in the future.
Naming what you want to cultivate, not just what you're releasing — pair any release language ("I release tension") with an intention ("...and make room for ease") so the mind isn't left with an empty space to refill with worry.
Precision over exaggeration — "I'm tired" instead of "I'm completely drained" keeps the nervous system from over-registering the state.
Gratitude and blessing speech — actively naming what's working, even small things, since this is one of the most consistent recommendations across these traditions for shifting internal state via language.
Silence as a tool — many cleanse protocols build in periods of intentional quiet specifically because it's easier to guard your energy by not speaking than to constantly self-correct mid-sentence.
If it's useful, one simple practice to use during a reset window is a nightly check: did my words today build the state I'm trying to move into, or reinforce the one I'm trying to release?
